“Thank You, Teacher” Blogging Contest

THE TEACHER’S Notebook celebrates it’s First Anniversary this September. Incidentally, September has also been set by the Department of Education as Teacher’s Month . It’s a double celebration, therefore, for The Teacher’s Notebook.

In celebration of these events and in preparation for the World Teacher’s Day on October 5, The Teacher’s Notebook launches theThank You, Teacher” Blogging Contest.

CONTEST MECHANICS

  1. The contest is open to everyone who has a blog.
  2. Write a blog post about the teacher or teachers who has/have greatly contributed to your personal development. Explain in your blog post how your teacher(s) has/have influenced or inspired you.
  3. Add the following text and link at the end of your blog post:
  4. Add The Teacher’s Notebook in your blogroll.
  5. Subscribe to The Teacher’s Notebook’s RSS Feed . (Make sure you check your email afterwards to confirm subscription.)
  6. Leave a comment to this blog with the link to your post.
  7. Share your blog post to others.
  8. The deadline for submission is on September 25, 2011 October 1, 2011.
  9. The top 5 best bloggers will win a t-shirt from The Teacher’s Notebook and the best entry will win Yeng Remulla‘s Productive Pinoy book which comes out in the market this September.Other special prizes will be announced later.

Ariel Lalisan

Ariel Lalisan is a physics teacher at Alabel National Science High School. He is an advocate of constructivism approach in education. He employs active learning and independent learning in his lessons, and, of course, a lot of technology integration. His goal is to produce students who can solve problems on their own using the concepts they learn in the classroom. Ariel Lalisan is a Google Certified Innovator (Google Teachers Academy Southeast Asia 2014) and a community leader at Google Educator Group Sarangani. He is a co-founder of SoCCSKSarGen and he won the Globe Media Excellence Blogger of the Year Award in 2015.

  2. ..tama jud..ang teacher dili lng teacher. ingon pa gani sila, paano ka magtudlo kng dili ka kblo? mao nang bilib jud ko sa mga teachers (maliban nga teacher pud akong nanay). they teach every, as in EVERY, profession in the wolrd. there would be no professional if not because of teachers. salamat sa tanang teachers! alabalabalabalabyou all!
